Yes, we have Afterpay as a payment option for Australia & New Zealand customers. Unfortunately Afterpay don't currently have the ability to process orders outside of these countries, but hopefully they change this and allow international shopping soon!
Yes we do! If you receive your order and there are any problems, please email email@example.com and our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly. We will assist you in arranging an exchange or full refund and advise on how you can return the item. We do ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. We have a 30 day return policy.
We cannot cover the cost of the return shipping. Please note, we have a USA based returns address for any of our US customers.
We respectfully ask that any pieces being returned are in pristine, brand new condition - no make-up, tan or deodorant marks as we will be unable to process a return for exchange or refund in this case.

If you can’t find a particular item on our website that usually means that it is sold out and won’t be restocked ☹ (sorry!) however, our Customer Service Team are more than happy to assist if you can’t find something – so please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check on the item you are looking for and give you an update (or suggest alternatives!)
Our stock between the website and the boutique is the same – so if it is out of stock online, it won’t be available in the boutique. However, we are always happy to triple check so feel free to send us an email email@example.com
On our website, there is a category called ‘Restocking’ – these are items that are being restocked if sold out and/or pieces that we will always restock once sold out. We recommend if you are interested in any sold out pieces that are being restocked, please go to the product on our website, select your size and enter your email address to be notified if / when the item comes back into stock. As soon as the item is restocked you will be the first to know with an email! Express shipping worldwide is free when you purchase more than 1 item. If you’re only looking to purchase 1 item, shipping is a $20 flat fee worldwide. If you’re local to the Gold Coast you’re welcome to come in the Cleo Boutique on Saturday’s between 8am-12pm to pick up your order, or email us to make alternative arrangements to pick up your order.
International shipments are sent with DHL express, and generally arrive within 3-5 working days. Australian shipments are sent with Australia Post Express and typically arrive within 1-2 working days to metro areas, 3-5 working days to areas outside major cities.

If the style is Reign, the cut & fit is exactly the same. The only difference between them is the fabric. Reign is made from our BodyBase fabric – BodyBase has a compression feel, lightweight, super soft and has a slight satin finish. The Reign 2.0 is our BodyLuxe fabric – BodyLuxe has more of a buttery soft, matt finish, cotton feel and is also light weight. Both fabrics are squatproof and comfortable to wear all day long. Generally our sizing is standard, however, there can occasionally be minor differences between fabrics. In saying that, everyone is different – we recommend checking your measurements against our size guide to give you the best indication of the right size for you. If there are any particular sizing notes on a style we will include that in the product description (such as "runs small, we suggest sizing up".
Always! You might feel a little more comfortable wearing a lighter / nude coloured underwear with some of our lighter colours, but it is totally up to you and personal preference

Our boutique is located on the Gold Coast, at 3/7 Stevenson Court, Burleigh Heads. Our #CleoBoutique is permanent and not a pop up store. We open Saturday’s between 8am-12pm and will always confirm the days prior through Instagram that we will be open. It would be rare that we would be closed on a Saturday, however, if we are we will try and give as much notice as possible. If you’re unsure, and travelling to the area, feel free to send us an email to make sure. If you aren’t available Saturday and would like to come in, please send us an email as we can open alternative days & times by appointment – email@example.com

A mini release is a small range of pieces that are either in a unique colour or print, and if there are active tops and bottoms in the release we like to have the pieces match back with each other – like a small activewear capsule collection! It’s also an opportunity to release limited edition colours & prints that we may not be able to put into a collection, but we know you will love so we put them into a mini release! Mini releases drop in between our main collections every few months
